03 The measurement
What Clock Speed is
The seconds between a behaviour becoming visible on camera and you seeing it. Lower is better. Every clip is annotated against the frame the behaviour starts, so it is the same measurement for everyone who takes it.

Take the assessment, then register your result with your SIA licence number and your mobile, and claim a call sign. Entries are judged on reads called correctly first, then on Clock Speed — the fastest officer who reads it right takes the prize.
