How it works

A fixed camera. An ordinary scene. Most of the people in it are doing nothing wrong.

The moment you clock the one who is not, tap the screen. The clock stops there.
Read it
Then say what you saw: stealing, about to kick off, scoping the site, shouldn't be there, or someone needs help.
Some clips are clean. Nothing happens in them. Tap one of those and it is a false call, and it counts against you. Anyone can point at everybody.
The measurement
What Clock Speed is
The seconds between a behaviour becoming visible on camera and you seeing it. Lower is better. Every clip is annotated against the frame the behaviour starts, so it is the same measurement for everyone who takes it.
